On July 11, 2019 HB-669-FN became law in New Hampshire (NH) with a provision for non-binary gender identification on drivers’ licenses and identification cards. It amends existing NH law; it now specifies that the gender of the applicant shall be “gender indicated as “M” for “male,” “F” for “female,” or “X” for “other… .” The bill text can be found on the NH Legislature’s website.
